Capital Mall is a good place to walk indoors when it's cold. It has not a lot of stores and not a lot of places to eat. The restrooms are inconveniently located and stalls are out of order. The mall is clean and peaceful. Kids love the play area and have a blast every time they go. The indoor park is only open from noon to four, which is seen as odd. Not a lot of stores and fear that the mall may close, as malls make it easier to shop.
