“I liked it. It was clean and alot of spots to park and clean ur car or truck. I'll give it 4 stars just cuz I wish there was more trash cans but they still have a few around. Overall good spot. 4 stars”
“Overall, I appreciate the fact they exist. Having said that, the one in Osage Beach where I live is currently going through upgrades and doesn't have active car wash. I was in Jefferson City, where I work last Thursday. I just wanted to get the salt off of the car from the two weeks of bad weather and vacuum. When I pulled up, they had put the chain across the entrance and someone was putting cones out. I asked why they were closed and he said because of the rain. I don't care if it's raining (actually it was drizzling and stopped while i was callingthe other KK)after two weeks of salt, I wanted the salt off of my car and to vacuum it out. He told me the one on Edgewood was opened. I pulled over to call the one on Missouri Blvd and apparently they were also closed, the only other Kwik Kar in Jeff City with vacuums but that Edgewood, where the call was being forwarded to would detail it, if I wanted. I don't need to pay someone to vacuum my car. It's a necessary inconvenience while the one in Osage Beach is being updated but how about leaving one open with vacuums. I pay member rates and am in Jeff once a week. It's either drive to Jeff, which is 10 miles further than Camdenton, or drive to Camdenton. I'll just say this, next time we have bad weather that requires salt on the roads, leave one open that has vacuums instead of trying to get more money for detail work. You've already made out on the Osage Beach store with member rates and no wash.”
“Boaz came to my husbands work to detail my car. It was embarrassingly dirty, and I thought for sure some of the stains were there to stay. He far exceeded my expectations! He worked on it for hours in the heat, and I can't express my appreciation enough. Thanks to his close attention to detail, and the patience he had while working on my vehicle, I feel like I have a new car again.”
“Overall experience was very good. Vehicle was washed, interior cleaned, and completed in a timely manner. Experience would have been 5 star if more attention had been given to windows, windshield, and running boards. With more details to these areas this service would have been 5 star. Had an issue with the vacuum and the owner was quick to resolve the issue and refund my change. “I always manually wash my car. Never used the automatic washer so I cant say how well it cleans the car or if it leaves scratches. If you use card it has a $10 limit for each wash. Has the typical selection for different types of washes. Well maintained, so I give the owner props”
