Went in and tried to use pump number 12 last night. Used my debit card at the pump but the hose would not dispense low grade fuel. Canceled transaction and received a receipt printed showing $0 & 0 gallons on the transaction. tried get a second time with mid grade fuel. Again pump would not work. Again, received a receipt showing $0 for the transaction. Move to another pump and bought fuel at a different pump. That transaction process correctly. I looked at my banking app and they had two $150 charges pending against my card. Went back to the store and was told they had nothing to do with it and you would have to contact Wallace oil. Now I have $300 of my funds Frozen and may need to file a dispute with my credit union on Monday. I have both receipts showing $0 transactions yet they have Frozen $300 of my money. That is ridiculous. And when speaking the attendants they said that pump had been giving them troubles all night. Also said it wasn't their problem that I have to contact Wallace oil since they own the pumps. I kept pushing about how it can impact people this time of year to have funds Frozen on their card because of a defective pump. They finally agreed to put a bag on the pump so that other people wouldn't be impacted in the same way. What a joke... but I'm not laughing.
