“The people at West Truman is great,and having an account with them is great but the loan officer name Rachel Phillips is not doing her job , I've been with this bank more then four years never late on my payments,so I ask for a secure loan using my car is a collateral and taking my future payments automatically withdraw out of my checking account but she declined me,the only thing she didn't know was that I was approved 5 days ago by this beautiful understanding lady from scotch Hill branch ,r to me Rachel is not doing her job.”
