You are greeted by an associate as soon as the door opens; they make you feel like you are a priority and they are VERY knowledgeable. Their attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations!We live in a remote area south of Rolla and I was in town doing some shopping when my iPhone died. Neal helped me with a new battery, screen saver and screen repair. It was very evident that he loves his job and he is very good at it.
