After an accident, I rented a vehicle from Enterprises Jefferson City location. Staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in dealing with the various insurance companies involved. Extremely satisfied with both the car and the experience. The local staff helped make a potentially stressful situation hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Enterprise via phone told us to come to this location at 9am, once we got there the guy working the front desk was extremely rude and said he couldn’t do anything for us because of the billing not being set up. Which we explained Enterprise told us to come here at 9 to get a vehicle. He said I can’t do anything for you and you can leave now. He was not willing to help and had a horrible attitude.

Got in a bind when my car broke down 5 hours from home. Called to ask if they had a rental I could use for a few days and was told they had one, and I could pick it up that day. Turns out they didn't have any cars and had lied on the phone. Not the first time Enterprise has lied to me about availability though so not surprised.

The car was great and the staff was friendly.But I ended up leaving my phone in the car. The staff had found it and put it on the charger. But when I got my phone back someone had taken my $2 bill that was folded like a heart. It’s not like it was a lot of money but I’d had it for 2 years ?

Staff was friendly, and the car was fine.I left my phone in the car on accident. they found it and put it in a charger for me. unfortunately someone stole the $2 bill folded like a heart I keep in the case.

Do not recommend. They couldn't get me into a vechicle as promised the 1st day then made me drive back to get a vehicle, then they gave me a car that was throwing codes and told me to call their roadside assistance. I called and they canceled the tow and new car TWICE and then said it was "past the alloted tow time." At this point I'd rather walk because it would be faster and a more pleasant experience.

The staff at Enterprise go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this location or any other location to everyone who needs a rental. The cars are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. With my last two reservations I had the Nissan Sentra and the Nissan Versa we're selected both for fuel economy and reliability.If I were able to publicly honor the staff at the Jefferson City, Missouri location and the Providence Avenue location in Columbia, Missouri, the staff would get "keys to the city".I do intend to ensure that the staff at each of these locations are honored by corporate headquarters.Again, I HIGHLY recommend the Enterprise chain, should you need their services.Ron Bliss

Horrible experience. Was given a car on fumes, lied on pricing, customer service extremely pathetic, no ride home since was not told no rides on weekends, and then Elliott tried to keep/steal my debit card. I sat there for 15-20 minutes and he never gave it to me. Luckily I noticed it was missing and picked it up off the counter behind the desk. And he was upset that I cussed.....whatever.....at least I'm not a thief.
