I cannot say enough great things about Gwen (Gwendolyn) at FedEx! She goes above and beyond every single time. The moment you walk in the door, she makes you feel welcome and taken care of. She is not only efficient and professional in how she does her job, but also genuinely kind and personable
she gets to know her customers and treats everyone like family.
The difference between coming here and going to Staples is like night and day. My experience at Staples was frustrating and impersonal, but Gwen completely turns things around
she makes the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
FedEx is lucky to have her. She is the kind of employee every business should strive to keep. She absolutely deserves recognition and a raise for the incredible way she represents the company.
I hope she stays in Jefferson we need more people with her attitude in this world.

I called and spoke with Gwynn and Stephanie, and they were absolutely fantastic! Both were so helpful and personable over the phone. They took the time to walk me through my options and helped me get the best price for my print job. They made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Great customer service like this is hard to find - I will go nowhere else for my printing needs!

I just went in to get three copies of something that I had emailed to them and they charged me a $2.50 surcharge. The last time I was here they told me that surcharge was only if you were paying with a credit card but I was paying with cash today. Today is clerk said that I would get a surcharge anytime what I was doing was under five dollars. If I had known that, I would not have printed it here. I will not be back and I have been a good customer of this place, but I'm not coming back

I had never been to this location before today, but after my experience with Gwynn I’ll definitely be coming back. At most businesses customer service seems to have declined significantly, but not here. Gwynn Is absolutely fantastic and her customer service is amazing. You go girl! I’ll be going to this FedEx for my shipping needs instead of UPS from now on.

Cody was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my oversized prints were accurate to an 8th of an inch! Excellent customer service.

I’ve seen a few store managers come and go and I’ve respected all of them. The one TRUE person that is “the glue” to store the Jefferson City, MO print services, store 4698, is Stephanie. She is the reason I am still there. At a time they told me I was their best customer. But now that I am comfortable in the position I am in I have not printed as many packages. This is definitely my go to location and coming from a nationwide former officer… My recommendation to anyone is it’s the best store in our, Midwest area. They will work with you and they will get it right and they will get it on time! I trust them and I recommend if you need something you trust them too. Cody and Gwynn are all awesome!! Thank you TEAM!

Excellent staff and very professional. If not for this location, I would have never gotten packages FedEx Ground in Columbia did their best to destroy after days on a truck with no attempts to deliver.

Awesome staff! Had been to a list of other stores on my quest for a fishing pole shipping box. Keeping this short but most friendly,helpful and just amazing workers here. So clean inside and will definitely be using this location from now on.

DO NOT go to FedEx they will lie to you and tell you they will guarantee a shipment ? take your money and then take three days to deliver it. It was supposed to be a overnight delivery. Not a big deal, WRONG!!! I called customer service to ask for a refund. She told me sorry, but there was a storm in Tennessee? which made your package late, BY THREE DAYS wow I didn’t know TN had a storm that big. We can’t refund your money. Good grief it was 90 degrees in TN that day. That’s it for me; don’t say I didn’t warn you. It’s such a shame they used to be the best.

What is the deal with FedEx? Only the office Print and Ship has a local number. You call any other you will get someone from another country. Why is FedEx giving jobs to other countries and not a US citizen?!I called on a Wednesday and was to have a package picked up two days ago. After 72 hours no pickup was attempted. When I call back I get someone I am unable to understand and the NEW pickup date is next Tuesday after the 4th! Inside the box is parishable food!!! Hope they like the smell from this box!
