Its pathetic that I have to give 1 star because their service is completely horrible and dont even deserve 1 star. They constantly change drivers routes so I never seem to have the same driver. They constantly say that the address is incorrect when it is in fact the correct address. I sit and wait all day for packages only to be told that due to operational reasons the package could not be delivered and will be delivered the next day between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Like I have nothing better to do than sit around multiple days in a row waiting on this pathetic company to deliver packages. No way can you get someone on the phone that remotely sounds like english is their first language so I guarentee they farm this out to some foreign country. They phone representatives are impossible to understand and when you ask to speak to someone else they say they cant get the higher ups to answer. Simply mind boggling how this company still exists!!

At our commercial facility the FedEx Drivers are constantly leaving packages in the rear garage on the floor instead of bringing them into the office as specified. You have to drive right past the office to reach the rear garage. Yesterday a FedEx envelope was in the middle of the garage floor, not seen in time, and inadvertently ran over. Due to past delivery problems we have large signs posted at the garage stating "EMPLOYEES ONLY" and "ALL VISITORS AND DELIVERIES MUST CHECK INTO OFFICE". We have called FedEx to complain many, many times and will call again today.Posting this in hopes that it may reach someone at FedEx that will actually do something about the poor service of some of their drivers and maybe offer better training.

Diver didn't even attempt to deliver but marked the package as delivered. There were people home and even in the driveway when the "attempt" was made. Very disappointed

I live in the Hamilton build in Jefferson city and every one in our building has a problem with our driver. we have put in several complaints and they refuse to do anything about it. he will leave our packages outside the front door where they get stolen or on the elevator or worse he will claim he couldn't get in and return them to sender which we know he didn't even come because we sat outside all day for three days from sun up to sun down . we have wrote in complaints and called in on multiple occasions. I now call company's and have it shipped through UPS. My next step is to have a petition signed by all the residents. to have the driver replaced. and file with BBB.

Said they delivered package to door. That's a lie. I drove all over neighborhood looking for package that I received email that it was delivered to door. Cant fi d package, called, they will look into monday. Lol, are you kidding me. This is no way to do business.
