About Ferrellgas

Ferrellgas is a delivery-only propane depot serving Jefferson City and surrounding communities. It offers reliable propane supply with nearly a century of experience. Delivery people are great and timely, especially for scheduled refills. However, telephone and clerical customer service can be problematic, with reports of difficult communication and disputes over emergency delivery charges for customers on a "keep full" plan. The business provides 24/7 emergency service. Customers can manage accounts and orders online. Overall, some find the service a breath of fresh air compared to competitors, praising the delivery, while others highlight frustrations with phone support and billing policies.

I have been with Ferrellgas for decades. Never a problem.

I'm happy that I was told about Ferrell gas.
They came out and reset my tank that was sliding off of some blocks. Also came out again to fill my tank.
    Both experiences were great.
    Nice people.
