“Jefferson city's biggest honey hole of a workout place along with basketball courts . Never really too packed compared to the ymca . Very clean facility, staff is awesome and friendly. Weekends hours are good as you can get without being a 24/7 facility. State of the art equipment thank you lincoln University and parks and recreation!”

“We've been pleasantly surprised after visiting a couple of times in recent weeks. Our previous MU Health appointments over the tears have been in Columbia. We had a couple of therapy appoinments in Jefferson City at the Sam Cook Healthplex. The facility is well maintained and the staff were all pleasant and very professional”
