Best bank in central Missouri for small businesses, home loans, and cars. Chris is the best in commercial loans. For the most part everyone is very helpful and polite. Every now and then you may get an off day with someone but lets face it, since covid, every business has its off days.

Mentally impaired, took them just as long to figure a 15% fee as it took them to count my $60+ in rolled coins. To be handed 42 dollars with no receipt.

Needs better customer service and actually read an application and listen to what is being said. For years had awesome experience and always recommended them, not sure what happened but seems very unorganized anymore

I have been going to this bank for 8-10 years. I went through the drive through to cash a check. On VERY RARE occasions, the back teller asks for a form of ID. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot my drivers license at home but had my State of MO id - which was not good enough! It has my photo and name. I have been going to this bank location for awhile and have a checking account. In the end, I was refused service because I didn't have a drivers license or passport. This is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for a customer that has been faithful for 8-10 years!

You can't cash checks in the drive thru and their lobby hours are just ridiculous! Ppl w jobs have to wait till Fri cause they actually don't close till 430. Wow

There's a lot of hidden fees. When I decided to go to a different bank, the process just to get the money out of my account took a week. Officially closing my account at the bank was a horrendously annoying process with even more fees and a very uncooperative- borderline hostile- customer service agent.
