“We were very happy with our stay. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly! The room(s) is updated, clean and comfortable. The bad reviews seem mostly to come from previous ownership before the remodel. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the curtains haven't been replaced yet and were made from sheet like material and the corner chair has stains. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this motel!”

“I was at the Capital Plaza for an annual conference and the environment and energy is greatly improved. The staff were so kind and attentive to all the needs of the attendees. They were flexible when changes were needed and they went above and beyond to meet our needs! Thank you to the staff that have their boots on the ground for those who come in the door!!”

“This hotel is very clean and has exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms are HUGE, practically suites. And it's so cheap to stay here! The pool area was clean and the pool was warm and relaxing. The front desk woman was so helpful and friendly during my stay. I will definitely be staying at this hotel every time I'm in Jefferson City.”
