“We travel a LOT for work- live in hotels more than we stay at home. I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The pool and hot tub are outdated but very very clean, both were heated and this hot tub was actually HOT! Which was so nice. Breakfast was amazing, more options than most places. I will be honest, I was nervous to stay at a best western but this was an outstanding hotel. Staff was very friendly and I was very comfortable. Wish the rest of the hotels we stayed at this entire last week were this nice.”

“The room was your basic cheap hotel room. Some aging very visible. But the air conditioner worked. Maybe to good just take it off the auto or it kicks on and off. The stairs were terrible for me personally because I have bad hips but we made it. The regular hotel sounds nothing to outrages. We didn't feel like our neighbors were in the room with us like some cheap places. The only complaint we had was more with a customer then with the hotel. The breakfast was decent but where it went bad was that the person in there too was licking her fingers and touching the fridge handle and the milk handle. She was slurping all up on her hands. It was gross. And the older man in there are 4 bagels 3 bowls of cereal and toast too. But overall if I needed a place in a pinch I'd use it again.”

“I was at the Capital Plaza for an annual conference and the environment and energy is greatly improved. The staff were so kind and attentive to all the needs of the attendees. They were flexible when changes were needed and they went above and beyond to meet our needs! Thank you to the staff that have their boots on the ground for those who come in the door!!”
