“I have taken items to The Blue Diamond for years and have always had great service and the repairs have always been done to my satisfaction. Everyone is very polite and helpful. On my last repair, I had a link break the same day I picked it up. Returned there and told them that the other side of the same link broke, thinking it would be another repair. The gentleman that assisted me said the repair would be at no charge, that they should have checked the connecting links. While I was expecting another repair bill, they took care of the link at no charge and had it fixed that same day. That is going above and beyond!”
