Great service! Hit a deer in my wife's car reached out to the fine folks at Kemna Collision and they were working on the vehicle in no time. The techs did great work and got the vehicle running safely for my wife to drive again. Even cleaned it up for her too! I brought in my truck for a paint detail and to get a cracked windshield replaced. Kemna did a nice job on the detail and had a third party replace the windshield. I later noticed some large scratches across my dash. I let Kemna know about the issue and they bent over backwards to resolve the problem. They went so far as to pick up my truck to make the repair while I was at work. I’ve had two previous vehicles repaired and detailed here. My parents have also been loyal customers for years. I plan to be back and to sing their praises in the meantime. You can’t find customer service like this anywhere else.Services: Painting

Had a small mishap with our camper. Tried 2 places in Columbia; either no call back or no estimate sent. Saw a TV ad for Kemna Collision Repair. Great experience here! These folks are professional and so friendly. They got back to us with an estimate in a very short time and finished our repair in about 2 weeks, as promised. The repair work looks great! I hope we don't need their services again, but, if we do, they'll be our first call! Thank you Kemna!!

Greg, Kristi and staff were extremely thorough during the initial estimate process and kept me updated at all points during the repair process.My SUV was ready for pickup a day early (an extra bonus before the holiday weekend) and, to my surprise, had been detailed from the inside and out. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a turkey with my SUV. It did a lot more damage than I expected. I took it to Kemna and was extremely pleased with their responsiveness throughout the entire process. They worked directly with my insurance for the appraisal, helped me get a rental while my car was in the shop, did an outstanding job fixing the damage to my car and gave it back to me completely clean inside and out. We had a minor accident on a 11 year old Mercedes. I wanted someone I could trust to take good care of our car as we want to keep it for many years. The Kenna team walked us through every step of the process and communicated extremely well throughout the repair. Our insurance was the typical experience (which is not a joy) but Kenna stepped in and took care of everything. They went above and beyond to be sure our car was in perfect condition when we got it back. Their work is impeccable. My wife and I are incredibly satisfied and recommend Kemna with our highest recommendation. If you want it done well and attention to detail, Kemna is your best choice. Five plus stars from me.
