Overall, I appreciate the fact they exist. Having said that, the one in Osage Beach where I live is currently going through upgrades and doesn't have active car wash. I was in Jefferson City, where I work last Thursday. I just wanted to get the salt off of the car from the two weeks of bad weather and vacuum. When I pulled up, they had put the chain across the entrance and someone was putting cones out. I asked why they were closed and he said because of the rain. I don't care if it's raining (actually it was drizzling and stopped while i was callingthe other KK)after two weeks of salt, I wanted the salt off of my car and to vacuum it out. He told me the one on Edgewood was opened. I pulled over to call the one on Missouri Blvd and apparently they were also closed, the only other Kwik Kar in Jeff City with vacuums but that Edgewood, where the call was being forwarded to would detail it, if I wanted. I don't need to pay someone to vacuum my car. It's a necessary inconvenience while the one in Osage Beach is being updated but how about leaving one open with vacuums. I pay member rates and am in Jeff once a week. It's either drive to Jeff, which is 10 miles further than Camdenton, or drive to Camdenton. I'll just say this, next time we have bad weather that requires salt on the roads, leave one open that has vacuums instead of trying to get more money for detail work. You've already made out on the Osage Beach store with member rates and no wash.

The prices are a taaaaddddd but high but not bad. The only other reason for the 3 is that for a $5 up charge for rims and tires ... it doesn't clean as well. Maybe stick to the low end wash ??♂️

I absolutely love this place!! I go almost everyday to keep my baby girl clean! They have great vacuums and the place is always right where I need them! I love them so much I have a monthly subscription to the place. Great job y'all...

I agree about the vacuums! Everything else about this place is nice but the vacuums need work. I don't have a membership since I only use it every few months or so. I went a few months ago and the vacuum was very powerful and worked great! I just went last week and I too had to move around to try and find a better one with no luck. Do they need to be cleaned regularly or something, what makes them lose their power? Anyway, as I can see, I am not the only one complaining about this, please fix the problem! If I could be assured of having a good vacuum every time I would be glad to have a membership! Thank you very much for your time.Service: Vacuuming

so I've always come and usually get a basic car wash today I was feeling a little bit more extravagant and so i got a ceramic car wash afterwards going through the car wash. I come out to my car to vacuum it and I noticed that my rims, nor my tires are clean, so I don't know if the tire polish is also included or not but I'm just really upset about how my car came out. really unsatisfied with the job :/

I like the drive thru wash but the vacuums don't work. We kept moving the car to other vacuums to see if we could find a good one but they all either didn't work at all or did below average. :/
