“I ordered a pair of Haix boots almost 10 months ago. They were delayed, at first they were very responsive and offered a full refund, plus the boots. I never got either and also they have stopped responding to my emails. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have dealt with. I wish I had done more research on this absolute joke of a company prior to wasting my hard earned money for them to steal. I will be contacting the BBB.I have since spoken to them and the did send me the boots and issued me a refund. I am pleased with that service now.”

“I came in with my grandmother to get her machine checked out and we were greeted politely and professionally by two sweet receptionists. We then went to the back with Bobbie Jo who was also very sweet and professional. She went over my grandmas information and suggested she used a mask that would cover her whole face because she was sleeping with her mouth open. She made the whole process very informative and it was a pleasure having her help my grandma. Keep up the great customer service!”
