“I came in with my grandmother to get her machine checked out and we were greeted politely and professionally by two sweet receptionists. We then went to the back with Bobbie Jo who was also very sweet and professional. She went over my grandmas information and suggested she used a mask that would cover her whole face because she was sleeping with her mouth open. She made the whole process very informative and it was a pleasure having her help my grandma. Keep up the great customer service!”

“I gave Lincare 5 stars because they deserved it!! They are not doctors okay, but they are professionals to teach you how to use the CPAP equipment!! they answered my questions kindly and honestly. they are courteous to their customers, but I do realize people's opinions vary and sometimes some people get frustrated because they may have problems with the equipment or are just not used to wearing a mask at night time in order to have great sleep!! people do have different types of insurance that cover the expenses to use the CPAP equipment. The pros at Lincare will keep you informed or posted on your stats or usage of the CPAP equipment as long as you ask. furthermore, they have an app you can track your progress. Trust me, people that wear the mask will/should have alot better sleep and fall asleep faster than without one. try not too pinch the tubes or do not step on them and be sure to stop by Lincare for any issues or concerns about getting any equipment if necessary. always clean your equipment on a regular basis. Lincare provides excellent service to their customers(but people's opinions vary.) they are there to help you, but you need to ask so that they will know your questions or concerns and they always answer my questions appropriately and kindly responses. Personally, i've never had any bad or negative issues with Lincare because they treated me with respect and answered my questions.”

“I ordered a pair of Haix boots almost 10 months ago. They were delayed, at first they were very responsive and offered a full refund, plus the boots. I never got either and also they have stopped responding to my emails. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have dealt with. I wish I had done more research on this absolute joke of a company prior to wasting my hard earned money for them to steal. I will be contacting the BBB.I have since spoken to them and the did send me the boots and issued me a refund. I am pleased with that service now.”
