We have been customers of MFA Oil for the last 4+ years, and my parents used MFA Oil for 10+ years before we purchased our home from them. Tonight (March 2nd....41 degrees is the low for tonight) we ran out of fuel, even though we are on automatic fill-up. I was told they did not refill because we had a balance over due of $50.00. They did not call or try to reach us. When I called to ask what happened, I was informed they did not dilly-dally around. If we had a balance they will not re-fill until it is paid in full. When I questioned why they would let us run out of fuel in the winter without at least a phone call, they said again if the bill is not paid in full they will not bring it. I have no problem paying the balance, but when I expressed how unbelievable it was that they would not fil our tank in winter over a $50.00 balance after we had been with them so long, I was told that we owned the tank and I could get my fuel from wherever I wanted. So, Ferrelgas will now have my business, and at 0.99 a gallon.....they probably should have had it all along. I will tell everyone that I know about this terrible experience. Ron Schieferdecker
