I have been coming here for a while for pedicures. I went last weekend and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I will not be back. My toes not only look sloppy, the nail tech peeled the nail off my pinky toe instead of clipping it off and didn't fully file it. Then when I asked her to clip one of my other nails in a different way she yelled at me so much so that another person came over and ended up finishing my toes. Now I also ingrown toenails from how terribly she clipped my nails!! When I tell this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a nail salon, I mean IT. WAS. THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. I. HAVE. EVER. HAD. AT. A NAIL. SALON.
AWFUL I can't believe I was charged AND EXPECTED to tip!!!! Absurd. What is wrong with this economy that services believe they can provide that type of service, charge like that and expect to get extra on top of it. Unreal.

Linda is the best in town! If you aren’t going to Nail 1st you are missing out on great work at an excellent price. I have used all the nail places in town and I finally found my home. 100% recommend!

Nails 1st has always been a great place to get your nails done. I really appreciate that they don't pressure you into adding gel like many other places around Jefferson City. The only suggestion I have is that the staff could be a bit more attentive to the overall cleanliness of the shop, especially the bathroom. It also might be time to consider a remodel to freshen things up.

Only my 2nd time there, but had my nails filled and a French Manicure. A little spendy, but the lady who did mine made them look so natural. She has been doing them for close to 40 years and has obviously perfected her art. I have small hand and fingernails and they are not thick and bulky like I have had done in years past at other establishments.

I'm disappointed in the service. I requested a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure service is great, but the gentleman who did my manicure did it fast and it is starting to come apart. This was done 3 days ago. It was expensive and I left a tip over 20%. Not a great experience

This place acts as though they are doing you a favor by being there. Customer service is horrible. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and sloppy. Appears to hate his job.

my daughter went in for her nails, and the male that was working on them continued to seductively caress her thigh and arms while pushing into her personal space. she then politely asked for the man to back away because “i’m a little uncomfortable with how close you are” he then allowed her to scoot back into her seat as he stayed in his spot, continuing to basically corner her and allow her no space to move. my daughter is 16 and we will never visit this buisness again, i hope that they retrain their staff teaching them to know that young children are not there for them or want a sexual/romantic relationship with a man that is well more mature than herServices: Sculpted nails

I have been here several time and have had a great experience every time. I just went there again this week to get my nails done for engagement photos and I have been obsessed with my nails. I went in for white and came out with these beautiful chrome neutral toned colored nails and am in love.

Where do I begin... while looking for a new nail place & tech... I made a few calls, not much impressed with the phone conversations, I kept looking. Finally, I called Nail 1st,... the lady was nice, polite, friendly & welcoming. The welcoming atmosphere, staff, and customers let me know I was in the right place & made a great choice. I explained what I wanted & the rest is history! I've found My New Nail Salon & New Tech!!
