Stood there for 10 minutes to pay for a single pair of 55$ pants, just for a girl to finally come up and help the others standing behind me. Seriously, terrible customer service won't shop here.

I went in today to get some clothes for a job I'm starting soon. I am not good at shopping and have recently gained weight, I'm feeling less than 'body confident.'I became emotional and stuck my head out to ask for help. Stormy was there and swooped in immediately. She stayed with me until I calmed down enough to walk through the store, built outfits for me and gave me feedback on what looked good. she completely turned my experience around and stuck with me the whole time. I would have left with nothing and sat in my car and cried. I cannot thank her enough. She is such a genuine and caring person....amazing style too!!! ❤

I recently witnessed one of the managers speak to one of the employees in a condescending tone that felt very off putting and uncomfortable so I chose to put my items back and exit the store. I would hope that establishment such aa Old Navy would treat their employees with more respect.

Find some quality clothing items at great prices. Staff on the floor are always pleasant and helpful as well. Love the rewards also.

Found a weeks worth of school outfits (shirts and shorts) for our Granddaughter and all items were on sale. Had sale associates throughout the store asking if I need help. Cashier, very pleasant. Very good customer service.

Sales in the store by signage was not what happened at the register. I was told it was all buy one, get one. The signs DID NOT say that. So, I had no discounts whatsoever. Didn't have that problem at Lake of the Ozarks. Won't be back.
