“The gift that keeps on giving. Not. But great care! Billing is insane. it's now January 2022 and the procedure was August 2021. You have no idea how much you owe to start with but they did not credit the $700 that they made me pay up front even with current insurance and excellent credit. Got a bill for $734 and called to pay. They acknowledged the $700 paid and "knocked" the bill to $534. what? "Other items got billed". Then another bill for 104. paid with confirmation. another statement still no $700 credit but for 462. Called to pay and told I owe 567 even though I have payment confirmation of 104 from them. JCMG has lost all credibility with me. I will have to be unconscious to go there again. Absolute nightmare.”

“I want to share sincere gratitude to the individuals working the Walgreens on Missouri Blvd on 02/18/25 around 8:45 pm. My child was extremely sick tonight and I feel so incredibly grateful their staff was available to help us get the supplies and medication we needed from urgent care; in spite of severe winter weather when most people were not on the road and so many businesses were closed. Tonight we had some of the kindest care we’ve had since living in JC. ALL of the employees we encountered were welcoming, friendly, kind, and warm. On a difficult winter night, not one person treated us as an annoyance or inconvenience. This speaks volumes about the male pharmacist and female pharm tech, who even helped me find pretzels. Even the older woman who checked me out was so kind.
May you ALL be blessed 10 fold with the kindess you extended us during an evening when your own safety could be risked. Your service to your community does not go unseen. With my deepest most heartfelt gratitude, thank you! May you receive the recognition you so rightly deserve. ???”

“Has improved significantly. The current pharmacist is knowledgeable & helpful. I’ve called her a couple of times very recently for help getting my scripts filled with good results. Waiting depends on what time you’re there. I’d suggest less busy times so there’s virtually no waiting in line.”
“Melissa at Hyvee is so very helpful and takes her time to answer and all questions you have! She is so kind and has such knowledge about medications and concerns!! The drive thru can take some time but everytime I go in I get my scripts within 5 minutes.”
“I've ordered several photo orders recently, always have good service. Most recently I ordered my daughter's bday invitations (as photos) John prepared my order and included some envelopes for me! It was a very nice surprise.
He needs more help tho. While I always receive quick service, he often is coming from another part of the store and I rarely see another employee helping him.”

“They are so helpful. They mail my prescription to me and It gets to me very quickly. I don't live in Jefferson City but about 30 miles from there. The staff is wonderful. I've only met them over the phone but my doctor hooked me up with this pharmacy and I'm happy with him too.”
