It’s good but I wish they would at least support Apple Pay if they don’t add NFC anytime soon.

River Regions is about the worse Financial institution I have ever had to deal with in my 57 years on this earth. They have mess up and sent financial documents to incorrect mailing addresses. But we had to come in to get the correct addresses fix. They had no right to change these addresses but made it difficult to change them back. When attempting to close out accounts they give you run around and tell you it has to be reviewed. It’s been over two weeks no contact has been made. This must be the most extensive review that exists, and where is the common courtesy of follow up about why such a lengthy time. We have not received this run around from any other financial institution and we have dealt with Nicand that has been several since the death of our parents. Clearly that are not concerned about their customers. My advice is find another credit Union or Financial Institution that is customer friendly and efficient in their work. That is not River Regions! If Rick Nichols CEO would like to discuss the inefficiency of River Regions Credit Union, I would be happy to discuss exactly how inefficient, unprofessional, lack of people skills his staff has I would be more than happy to sit down with him and discuss the numerous issues.

River Region was awesome! Very fast and friendly. Lisa and Megan are awesome,professional and just great at there job. I'm not familiar with the city, relocating from about an hour and a 1/2 away. They worked with me on all the questions that I had in the matter of minutes. Thanks ladies for all you do.

They will shut off your debit card every time you travel even with a travel note on the account. Especially on Saturday, when it's impossible to get it turned back on for 48 hours. At least once a month

Lisa not only got us a much lower rate, but she worked quickly and efficiently to get our loan processed - even communicating with me and putting in extra hours over the weekend. She and Jessica made it so easy. On closing day we felt very confident that we had made the right decision. We are so grateful for Lisa, Jessica and the RRCU team!
