Has improved significantly. The current pharmacist is knowledgeable & helpful. I’ve called her a couple of times very recently for help getting my scripts filled with good results. Waiting depends on what time you’re there. I’d suggest less busy times so there’s virtually no waiting in line.

Horrible the pharmacist on duty greeted me. Asked for the name I gave it to him he got my medicine and took insurance card and told me it would be about 15 minutes that he had 3 others ahead of me but there was nobody in line. I'm not understanding the wait is filled and ready. I understand he's working by he's self it doesn't make since to keep me waiting when all he needed to was ring me up.

I wait days to weeks for them to get my refills/new meds filled. Then stand in line for an hour only to be told they are still working on them. They purposely don't answer the phone most of the time. Half the time they don't have my insulin in stock.

Called in a perception was told it would be ready for pickup at 12pm the next day. Went there at 1:28 was told we close at 1:30 for lunch and would have to come back after 2:00. Said it wasn't showing up as being done come back after 2. Need to go to a place that wants to do business with you.

Worst pharmacy.. Some of the staff is really nice and helpful. But the female pharmacist is extremely rude and doesn't want to answer questions. I wouldn't want her working for my company. I understand they are busy, but they have terrible hours, no weekend availability for pick up, you'll get messages saying your prescriptions are ready and you'll stand in line for an hour and when you get to the counter they are not.

I feel as if there is new management or employees! I've never had issues for years going here. Can't get through on the phone, been holding for 30 minutes as we speak. Not quick and professional as before.

I’ve been using Schnucks pharmacy for over 10 years. Since taken over by CVS it has gone downhill dramatically! Ridiculous wait times, almost impossible to reach them by phone if you have a question (be prepared to wait 30+ mins on hold), and they don’t accept orders from prescribers timely. For example, a prescription from the ER that was submitted around 1 pm wasn’t even accepted the same day. Horrible. Do better CVS!

I used to love this pharmacy, not so much now. Many times they either seem to not know what they're doing or not have your prescription ready when stated.

I've had issues with this pharmacy in the past that were not good experiences and I never said anything. But now they're temporarily closed on the weekends and I'm in recovery and on a medication that i need daily and without it, it could cause someone to be very sick and relapse. If I would've known that they were going to start closing in the weekends I would've picked it up sooner or had it called into a different place. I feel like they should've started telling everyone like a month in advance like when I picked up my meds last and had a sign up like a month in advance. So now I just can't get my meds all weekend. I have to work and I'm going to be sick. This kinda of medicine can't be transferred to another CVS, I checked and this is extremely important. It could cause someone to relaps. This is potentially life or death for people in recovery. It's upsetting.

The staff working here is absolutely amazing!! They are very efficient and they are extremely nice and helpful! I've moved all my prescriptions here.

Haven’t called since a week ago to let me know scripts are ready. Closed 1pm - 2pm. Twelve people in line! Not very friendly.

I have been calling for two days trying to get my prescriptions transferred from Gerbes West to this pharmacy. I have waited on hold 10+ minutes each time. They are not answering their phones. They must not want my business, so I guess I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walmart instead.

The last 2 visits to this pharmacy were extended waits. Last visit only one staff member (unprofessional pharmacist)and wouldn’t come to the window to check out a prescription for 35 minutes. It’s not ideal when you have a kid in the car that just had 4 wisdom teeth removed then after the wait didn’t have the medicine in stock.
