“I was having trouble with my passport being lost and needing a new one, I had to go to the passport office twice in one day and both times the workers were so helpful, friendly and patient. No one likes to deal with passport issues but I really appreciated their customer service and I left with a smile and reassured I would be getting a new passport.”

“This was the first time I did an Amazon return here. I was prepared for a long wait but I must have walked in at a good time. There was only one person in the return line. I got checked out quickly. The lady was nice. I could tell she had been working hard and had been a little stressed but she was very helpful to me and got me through fast. I did some back to school shopping and notice she got a line of 5 people. She got them through fast. Even faster than I got checked out since there was only one cashier. The cashier was also very nice. I do think there needed to be more people working because I had a line of 5 behind me but it looked like everyone working was doing their best!”
“This location is a UPS terminal and does not have a customer facing office or customer service. However you can drop a package off for shipping if it is prepaid and has the label attached. Last pickup for ground is 9PM.”
