“I’ve seen a few store managers come and go and I’ve respected all of them. The one TRUE person that is “the glue” to store the Jefferson City, MO print services, store 4698, is Stephanie. She is the reason I am still there. At a time they told me I was their best customer. But now that I am comfortable in the position I am in I have not printed as many packages. This is definitely my go to location and coming from a nationwide former officer… My recommendation to anyone is it’s the best store in our, Midwest area. They will work with you and they will get it right and they will get it on time! I trust them and I recommend if you need something you trust them too. Cody and Gwynn are all awesome!! “Have an issue with a package atm being in the kansas city distribution center going on 2 days now. The staff at the J.C. office were awesome about taking my number and will call when it arrives if today. Imo almost all the issues arising seem to be with the k.c. distribution center and I really wish management would fix that place bc they don't even have a 2 star rating I mean that's kind of an issue they would want to fix. But I am very happy and have always gotten great service from the J.C. office”
