Arrived at 6:35 to simply have my tiny stack of papers (under 20 papers already printed) spiral bound. Drove over an hour from the lake to have this done and the guy on the phone said he could still do it. When I arrived at the store there was a man behind the printing desk on his phone drinking a smoothie. He told me that he couldn't do it tonight because he had "closing work." It was very clearly the same guy I talked to on the phone. I didn't know closing work, involved smoothie drinking or phone time. But clearly it does to this unprofessional man. I will say this location has very nice employees during the day, it's just clear the "B team" is who works at night. Go to FedEx instead!!

Was there on 9/29 at about 10:30 to get something printed. The lady at the print counter was awesome!! She was busy but took the time to help me with my item. Thanks you!

I would give less than this if I could. I paid for express service and received the confirmation to go pick up my order. When I arrived the guy told me my order hadn't even been started. This was the second time I had tried having items printed here. So, I had to miss my deadline which cost more money. I am very disappointed. I realize staffing issues, but then the website needs to reflect the not being able to accept express pick up. Especially for out of town customers.

I was told I would get the business cards today, whenever I came to pick them up. I was told they weren’t done and there was 19 orders in front of me so there was no way they would get done.The lady at the counter didn’t really care that I was told they would be done today and they weren’t done.Update :Went in tonight to pick them up, still not completed. There were two people in the store, the guy in the print area was busy working in the lady’s stuff )that I’m assuming had come in and got the same day). I’ve been a great customer for staples over the years and nobody cares about customer service.

One of the supervisors, I want to say his name is Cailin, has always helped my grandfather with his computer, printer, & all the questions he has. He’s helped him since he was an associate. He’s not quite to the point of posting reviews yet, but he appreciates everything he’s done to help him

I am looking to buy a new laptop. After doing my research, I wanted some expert advice on the list of specs I had come up with. Tried calling Staples to see if this was something they could help me with.My call was given to Evan who spent a half hour on the phone with me talking about my needs & my options. He listened & gave me honest advice (even recommending I didn't need as much computer as I thought, therefore helping me save money) . He never tried to sell me or push me towards any Staples purchase though offered it as an option.He took his time to listen & truly help me. That is rare in today's customer service & I am very impressed! Thank you!

I had ordered my wedding invitations at the JC Staples for same-day pickup. Was called by an associate saying that their card printing machine was down and gave me a couple of options. I went ahead and had them re-route it to the corporate production center. When they came back in, the store called and told me they were ready for pick-up. When I got home, I realized the back design was noticeably off-centered so I took them back. No questions asked, the print associate called the production center and was able to look into solutions for getting them re-printed correctly. It ended up being the way the photo had been uploaded with their software, but I still ended up getting a refund of my money and everything was handled very professionally. Pleased with my experience!

Spare yourself the headache shopping at this store. They cant seem to find a computer that was ordered. They say the computer we ordered was in. Drive 45 miles to the store for them to say the computer isn't there. When I called 4 hours before and they said it was. Long story that's just ridiculous to be apart of. No need or desire to visit staples again when there are other stores that can do the same simple jobs without wasting my time and money. This store is rated poorly for a reason.

Placed and order at 9am for same day pick-up. It's an hour drive to get here ..came at 4pm and was told my order couldnt be done because their print associate called in. I would not be leaving this review had I got a phone call or an e-mail. Poor service and will not return to this store nor do business with this Staples. I could have easily went to Springfield or even Columbia.
