“Huge shoutout to Kevin over at Dobbs in Jeff City! He got me in same day for a full set of tires and an inspection, kept me updated the whole time, and the service was top notch.
What really stood out was how honest he was — no upselling, no made-up problems, just solid work and real communication. I’ve been to plenty of places where one small job somehow turns into needing brakes, ball joints, struts, and everything else… not here. Kevin was straight-up, professional, and earned my trust.
I definitely see a long-term mechanic relationship coming out of this one. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! These guys are knowledgeable and the absolute MOST patient with a teen boy struggling with a swapped engine! They assisted him when other shops around town wouldn't even give him a phone conversation (you know who you are....GGGRRRR). They listened, advised, assisted, explained, and did not pressure him at all while he made decisions on how he wanted to move forward with the car. It is so refreshing when adults actually take time with teens and treat them respectfully too. I can not thank you enough for all you've done for my boy and the ahhhmazing patience you've had throughout this car ordeal. Thank you thank you .....highly recommend.”
“Until recently I felt good about this business. However, since I had $950 worth of service done. The funny(not funny) part is, 3 months ago they put my car on the analyzing tool. It showed almost $2,000 worth of issues. I told them to fix half of the things that first month. Because certain things have to be done at the same time, $950 were done then. When the next funding was available, Justin says they don't have any way of figuring out what other things were to be done. A light on the dashboard was coming on. He changed the sensor. I worry whatever those issues were, will return.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this business and its team. I was traveling through Jefferson City and had brake trouble as in no brakes I was able to get my truck to Big O where Sage immediately jumped right in to help me. This was a busy Saturday morning and he got me right in. His technician Cody immediately checked it out and they advised parts needed to be ordered. Sage then assisted with me contacting Enterprise for a rental and even had another team member drive me there, Colin I believe was his name. This team was so helpful in my time of need and had my truck completed the next business day. They accommodated me with every request, Mitchell helped with my after hours pick up. Just an amazing, kind , professional and helpful group of people. My highest compliments to them all!”

“TodayI went in to see Greg about my back bumper sensor. Something happened and I was getting alerts on my dash yesterday. He made me an appointment for next Thursday to get it worked on. He explained what they would have to and an estimated how long it would be. He has always treated me with respect and I prefer to talk to Greg whenever possible. And your other service guys snickered at me when I was talking to Greg. I did not appreciate that! I have no use for the other guys at your service counter. Please keep Greg there for me bc if he ever leaves I will take my car somewhere else to be serviced. Rusty I hope you really read these posts that people claim you do. Greg gets 5 stars from me!!”
