Everyone was very nice but they couldn't help me find my package. My tracking says it arrived in Jeff City and was later processed in Jeff City that same day but Jeff City UPS says its really in Lenexa, KS. ????!!!

The agent found my package quickly. Did what was necessary for it to be released and I was on my way with a smile in no time.

We have been planning an event for several weeks and had to ship in some urgent supplies. We were in a panic thinking we wouldn’t receive our package, but we successfully picked up our package from the UPS Terminal! Scott found our package on his truck and returned it to the terminal, and Marshall stayed late and had our package ready for us. Five-star service!

I ordered something about a month ago and still hasn't arrived every excuse I get is it's driver discretion bullshit it is not u guys refuse to deliver my package I live in a place where there is no ice on the road so I don't understand why I'm not getting it. And the main number u call is in India and they give me a bullshit reason to. I'm sick of waiting for my package. The main store in jeff city said it's been this way for alot of people yea right they just refuse to deliver our packages

They have not delivered my package for 8 straight days now. Wonder how they would feel if everyday their package said out for delivery & then never get delivered. Would give 0 stars, but not an option. Mind boggling!!!

Bad service i was supposed to have a package here at 3 today and then they updated me and said it'd be here at 7 I just now checked on the truck and it's back in Jeff city. This is pretty sorry service, and when somebody's waiting on their package to be delivered, they should deliver when they say they're going to.

The most pathetic excuse for a shipping facility. Their drivers rarely deliver to my actual place, but the neighbors all get my packages and when they do actually finally deliver to my place they don't know how to follow simple instructions like leave it at the garage. Instead, they leave it on trash cans, and when brought to the terminals' attention, she got snarky and hung up. Extremely pathetic with the way this ignorant woman dealt with 2 issues. I am done with the craptastic Jeff city location.

They say the package has attempted delivery when no contact is made, this has happened 3 separate times over a few mounth long periods. It seems like other reviews have similar concerns.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care that the company showed me and my package. I had ordered a package of live fish. I ordered them UPS next day air to ensure that they arrived alive. I was informed that the package was delayed and it wouldn't get to me until the next day. Upon looking at the packages location I saw that the package was located 15 minutes away from my home. I contacted the company and asked if I could pick the package up so that the fish did not die. They informed me that the package was at the warehouse and would not be sent out until the next day and denied that I could come get the package. I again reiterated that the package is live fish and I was willing to go get them to ensure the safety of the fish and they again refused to let me get them. I was told to just hope they were alive the next day when they arrived and if they weren't then to file a damaged package claim. Terrible customer service

Driver left a note on my door saying a signature was needed for 2 packages. He checked the box saying I could have it delivered to a neighbors house if I left the address on the back of the note he left and put it back in the same spot he left the note. So I did. The neighbor was staying home all day. I just got a notification say "sorry we missed you we will try to deliver tomorrow." That tells me 1 of 2 things the driver didn't look to see if I did as instructed or didn't even stop to deliver. When you agreed to take the job you agreed to the job responsibilities that job requires. DO YOUR JOB!!

Extremely terrible horrible service. Maybe the people who work there are just daft. I am so frustrated with Jefferson city UPS. They make a very simple thing so complicated. Had a package that needed a signature, the driver put a sticker on the door saying pick up the package at the access point the next day which I was grateful as that's the best course of action. I went to the access point and they don't have my package. For days the driver still has my package. I dont know what in the world he is doing with it. After 6 days I go back to the access point and they still don't have my package. I have to go across the street to be told something else. At this point I don't know where my package is. For your sanity, please use a different service. UPS in Jefferson city is just garbage.

I just want to send kudos to our UPS driver. I was waiting for two packages and then the snow storm hit. Our UPS driver (County Road 608, LC) worked on Christmas Eve and delivered my two packages. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! ... and Merry Christmas!

I have received deliveries to my house for over 22 years and last week a driver crossed the bridge breaking his mirror. Substantially they have refused to deliver our packages leaving them on the edge of a public road 1/2 mile from the house by the bridge. They are abandoning the packages with no notice to us.6 days ago I was told I would get a call back from Jake or another supervisor by the end of the day from the Jefferson City UPS. After a couple reminders I still have not received a call back. The State bridge inspectors approved the bridge and even a semi truck crossed it without breaking his mirror.
