US Cellular is a terrible phone service. I was a loyal customer for years. However, I went on one out of the country trip, and my bill went from 79 to 107 due to turning my phone off airplane mode and it connecting internationally without my consent. Called and told them I won't pay that, and they refused to take off the international charges. They will screw over their loyal customers. Until you leave for a new company,then they'll send you offers like "come back to us for 35 bucks a month"

The people work there are fabulous, but the service is the worst I have EVER had , calls drop , can't hear people and no internet connection, if I go across town , I might get something . Phone is almost useless .

When I came into the store, I had to wait a whole hour and a half to two hours for the lady Brittany to get up and run off on the break and thank God that Jessica Rogers was in the building and she was able to assist me, she was able to give me what I needed and now I will have Internet at my studio to handle my professional business Way to go Jessica.

Jessica Rodger's helped me for 4hrs today! My phone was having software issues that were out of the associates hands. Although I was extremely disappointed with UScellular's technical support team, Jessica went above & beyond with contacting numerous people to try and resolve the problem. She then was excellent in setting up my new phone as quickly as possible. I would 10/10 recommend her & definitely appreciated her help today regardless of the frustration coming from UScellular's technical support team.
