I can't believe how many checks I have written to my Insurance company, garbage company and other creditors that never make it to their destination. This is ridiculous. Where do these checks go? I even drop sensitive mail off at the boxes on street by the post office and they still don't make it to there destination. Very unhappy with USPS.

We haven't received any mail since Saturday, Feb 15. It's now Thursday, Feb 20. We live in Jefferson City. Our road has been clear for 2 days.

I get it's a shitty job but come on. My package has been redirected time after time and I need it tomorrow. Also, they are so lazy they won't deliver a package to my door. Instead they will deliver it at the top of the stairs to my apartment complex.

What's going to put an application but there's absolutely no way to speak to a human there's not a single option after waiting 2 hours for the robot to give you any option to talk to a human there's not a single option to talk to a human. Why not grow a pair and have a human take calls hell I'll do it just pay me...

they need to get their shipping & handling together. first, they didn’t ship it to my place at at all. now they’re saying they couldn’t confirm my address when they should’ve sent a text or email telling me that i needed to confirm it. now i have to wait till monday bc i can’t pick up my package since it’s sunday, & i needed it my package by saturday :\

My problem is with the delivery, I live in a condo, our boxes are wider on the delivery end for the mail person than our side to retrieve our mail. When I receive a PKG that they have to cram in it's impossible for me to get it out without actually cutting the PKG and that sometimes still won't unstick it enough to get it out. I've talked to the supervisor 4 times within the last 3 months about this and nothing has been done. We do have two PKG boxes for large pkgs but when they're in use they just cram them in the mailbox. It's very frustrating.

The location has gone downhill. The person that helped us was nice but the other was just not friendly.Never greeted us and would only tell us what we can't do.Not worth any extra raises.
