Expecting a check in the mail. It seems to be lost and I have been on the phone a long time.
I have a broken arm and it makes it difficult for. me to drive.
The robot told me the wait time would be at
Least 30 minutes.
They will be closed then.
I have an MRI tomorrow. Will go in person.

I was having trouble with my passport being lost and needing a new one, I had to go to the passport office twice in one day and both times the workers were so helpful, friendly and patient. No one likes to deal with passport issues but I really appreciated their customer service and I left with a smile and reassured I would be getting a new passport.

Thank you Amanda for going the extra mile for me to get my delivery I called about a delivery that was late. It was not this post office fault that it was late. It was the one in the state of California and they went the extra mile to make sure I got my document. Very helpful very polite. Great service.

The guys/gals here really know their stuff! If it’s passports, crazy items that need mailing or just the regular old book of stamps they have you covered. Try to hit off peak times as they tend to get busy. They are located in the heart of the Government district in downtown Jefferson City. Open on Saturday as well!

I have never had an issue with this location until yesterday/today. Tried sending a couple of books via media mail yesterday and made the mistake of mentioning that I had cushioned the books with a bit of paper. Was told they would accept it this time but not to do that again. That's fine, I usually don't, but was being cautious. Purchased postage and thought all was well. Today the box was back at my door, rejected, opened, box damaged beyond use, books damaged like I was trying to avoid, with a flier taped to it about what qualifies as media mail postage.
