Jeff Hill from Jefferson City Verizon, on Missouri Blvd, helped us a lot. Was very good service, gave us the best suggestions and plan we could get that suit our needs. We had a lot of questions and he was able to help us and answer all of them. We are definitely life long customers of Verizon!

Christian is the best employee in the entire world. He helped me figure out everything I need to know and fixed any problems I had. He was super funny and knew his stuff. It was a great experience and so much better than all the other places I have tried previously. He also told me about other offers Verizon was selling and got me hooked up with a service that was perfect for me. Shoutout Christian he deserves a raise.

I have been trying to contact verizon I lost my phone yesterday I wanted stop service on my phone I cannot log into my account. When I try a message pops up saying unable to complete process. I tried yesterday and have been trying all morning still can not log in. All you get is those computer generated help and there no help what so ever and then they cut you off

Eric at the Jeff City store went over and beyond to help me out. Loyal customers for so long that Verizon stopped giving us a deal and forgot about keeping us happy. Eric figured out how to get me a new phone that I wanted, even canceled and reordered me one with more storage. He went over and beyond! Thoughtful and kind. MANNERS too!

They told me my phone was free on them.I got my phone for free.And now they're trying to charge me me $800.When they told me it was free, but now they're telling me that it was never free and when they say it's free on them.They actually mean it's only two weeks free then why not tell people that

I came in to get an eSIM issue fixed on my current phone that made me unable to use cellular service, even though my phone said I had service. Tracy and Eric spent nearly 45 minutes helping me with what turned out to be quite the hassle. They were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this location, and those two employees specifically, to everyone.

My agent Tracey helped me out so much! I had a difficult time getting all my info from boost mobile which resulted in me having to stay in the Verizon store a little after hours. Even though it took a long time and the store was closed Tracey stayed with me and made sure I left the store with two new phones in hand and I really appreciate it! Excellent customer service!

Tracy at this store was very helpful!! After several calls with Verizon to get a new phone unlocked, we thought it would be better to go into the store.Tracy greeted us as we walked in and immediately went to work on helping us solve the problem. We had a solution within 30 minutes! He was very personable and took the time to listen to our needs. Highly recommend this store!
