My agent Tracey helped me out so much! I had a difficult time getting all my info from boost mobile which resulted in me having to stay in the Verizon store a little after hours. Even though it took a long time and the store was closed Tracey stayed with me and made sure I left the store with two new phones in hand and I really appreciate it! Excellent customer service!

Tracy at this store was very helpful!! After several calls with Verizon to get a new phone unlocked, we thought it would be better to go into the store.Tracy greeted us as we walked in and immediately went to work on helping us solve the problem. We had a solution within 30 minutes! He was very personable and took the time to listen to our needs. Highly recommend this store!

Wanted to give a shout out for Jacob Bock at the Jeff City Verizon Cellular Services store. We were visiting from Philly and needed new phones as we broke one at the airport and since we were due for a new plan, we decided to visit this store.Jacob, being only in the job for 2 months, is already extremely knowledgeable and has really solid customer service skills. His biggest asset is he doesn’t easily get flustered and maintains his calm demeanor. By the end of our visit, we officially adopted him into our family and we are proud to have “cousin Jacob from Verizon cellular services” as an adopted family member.Wishing Jacob, Gio, and the rest of the Verizon Cellular Services Team a wonderful holiday season.

Terrible. The salesman told me I'd get money back on my old phone plus a military discount. Waited 4 months just to find out my paper work was done wrong and chris put me on the wrong plan and said I wouldn't get money back for my old phone. I had to tell a sup that my lawyer would contact them and they finally changed me to the right plan to get the discount but my bill is still $88 a month. After my contract ends I'm changing carriers.

This store and the people inside truly care about the customer still. Krissa help our family with a lost replacement device that the warehouse lost. We spent hours on calls with verizon. At our last effort before we were going to just cancel are plan we went in and Krissa made the day. She fully understood the issues and truly made our whole family stressful day so much better. She saved a long time family from leaving. She was excellent. Truly we cannot express how much we appreciate this employee. ❤️

keyan schepp helped me directly with them getting all my issues fixed and was very nice, professional and patient and everything that I needed. I am walking out with now so he fixed on my problems and if I was you I would come here. even if you're from the Columbia area. I would come to the Verizon store in Jefferson City because they are a lot better

Scam artists. They have no idea what your bill will be. Say something low, then you get your bill and it’s twice what they promised.
