My daughter who is 6, was prescribed an antibiotic for 10 days. The crew at walgreens was amazing the day I got it filled. However, the instructions for taking the med were printed wrong on the bottle and their paperwork (3 X per day). For 7 days, I was giving an extra dose to her. We ran out and I called the Dr to send an Rx for more to a closer pharmacy. This pharmacy had the instructions for 2 X per day. When I called the Dr, I was referred to poison control for possible overdose. After a lengthy conversation with Poison Control, I contacted this Walgreens. During my call the gentleman I was speaking with said "what would you like us to do now". There wasn't an apology until the end of our phone call. They did reimburse the amount I paid for the Rx (they said it would arrive via the mail carrier), but this mistake never should have happened. Makes me wonder how often these things happen.

Never a smooth transaction, always delays or problems of some kind. Frustrating!

Most dysfunctional team I have ever seen. I’m back for the second time today and have been waiting over an hour. All the staff get upset and short with each other. Seems like a toxic work environment and definitely not welcoming for patients

Had a prescription called in Monday at 3pm went there at 4 they said it wasn't ready to come back in an hour. Came back a couple hours later for them to tell me that they didn't have either inhaler in stock and they had to order them. Oh and since it was now about 7pm they missed the cut off for ordering them to be there the next day so now I have to wait 2days. After 2days I went back for them to tell me they only got one not the other. I got upset with the lady and she magically was able to get the other one. And decided to then scream into the phone to ask me my insurance and tell me the total. These people have no clue what's going on and they are handling our medication. I highly suggest not to use this pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacies around. Expect long waits, workers who do not know how to enter correct information for accurate billing, impossible to reach via phone, etc. Get your prescription filled elsewhere.

I was confirmed with having Covid and was very symptomatic but needed meds at the pharmacy. I wanted to keep any exposure to a minimum so I waited through the drive thru. I get to the window and explain the situation and they say I have to come in which is totally unnecessary. So I go inside(while wearing a mask) where there is a long line and they say I need to wait there. It’s mind boggling that they would give so little regard to other customers health. Most people there were elderly and it could be detrimental to their health if they were to catch Covid. Being an ICU nurse and seeing the amount of people that I have die from Covid it’s sickening to see this level of neglect from a pharmacy.

normally I have no problems but when they send me a message about some kidney stone medicine that is badly needed 20 minutes before they close and I get there with 15 minutes before closing time and they say they aren't accepting any more customers that's a problem. also used to be ordered your medicine in the morning and by midday you had your meds. My medicine order was placed in the previous night before closing and it's not ready until 24 hours later? what has happened and don't say you don't have workers because there was a full staff. More than I normally see even

Not one to post bad reviews but If you all are advertising in store that you're going to close the pharmacy at 6pm, then you shouldn't close up 5 minutes early, especially when you change your hours all the time. FYI, your hours still say 10 pm on google. I drove 15 minutes to Jefferson City after work to pick up my pills like I do every month thinking they were closing at 7 like they had been doing, due to being short staffed. I got there at 5:50pm and waited 2 minutes while they helped the person in front of me. I was the only other person in line. After the lady got done helping the guy in front of me, she tells me they're closed and shuts the help desk visor on me before i could even blink or say anything at 5:56pm. It was very rude, especially when it wasn't 6pm yet. It takes 1 minute at most to give me my pills that should already be ready because they are prescribed at the same time every month. If it were 6pm already then, I would have understood, but they could have at least asked me what I needed to pick up especially when they should've still been on the clock.

This pharmacy use to be amazing. They've steadily gotten worse of the last 2 years. The wait is always very long.I was told my script would be ready by 1730. I got here at 1818 and was told it'll be another hr. Thats almost 2 hours past the first given time.I drive an hour for work and don't feel like waiting an additional hour. But I have to for my insulin.I've used the one on Truman for the last two times. They're always super fast. I tried this one today just because it's on my route home. Never again.

The worst pharmacy in Jefferson City Missouri. There is always a wait of 20 mins or more. Staff is incompetent. This store really makes Walgreens look bad as a company.

I had a very frustrating experience here. I was trying to get a prescription transferred to their location and when they searched for it in the system they said it wasn’t there when it actually was and both ladies I talked to on the phone were very rude. And they straight up said there’s nothing they could do about it. They didn’t try to help me figure it out or anything. And when I called a Walmart pharmacy they were very kind and helpful and confirmed my prescription was there and got it for me. Definitely not working with a Walgreens pharmacy again, especially this one.
