Despite having a scheduled appointment, the oil change process was delayed. Work didn’t begin until 25 minutes past the scheduled time, resulting in an extended wait at the auto center. What was expected to be a 30–60 minute service ended up taking 2 hours to complete.

The auto service center is awful. Extremely slow and disorganized even when slow. Expect to spend at least 3hrs here even if it is a simple service you are getting.

I came to cash a check after talking to someone on the phone my last name is different because I was divorced I brought my marriage liscence both ssn cards and a lot of other things birth certificate etc I have done this before in California state at a Walmart the two women were nice wanted to cash it but the guy Jason was a a*** and told them not to! Went somewhere else got it done no problem! Thank you to Gerbes for doing it within 5 minutes no problem!

Poor customer service. Waited 45 extra minutes after my appointment time for an oil change and then went to just get my car and leave…no explanation was given.
Appointments are made for a reason.

A shame they can only afford to employ one or two checkers. Customers lined up 15 to 20 deep self check just as bad. Service is non existent.

5 stars for Amanda. (Reg 11 on 6/12/24) She is super friendly and not in a fake way! I heard her asking a coworker question and being interested in hearing about the coworkers life. So nice when someone is genuine like that and takes an interest in others! I’m sure it makes going to work better for her coworkers as well!
