For starters let's just applaud this branch for being productive throughout the day. This is the only branch in north county area that I know who answers the phones. Seriously and I've been in the STL are for 4 yrs now. regions since 2011. But the staff is always helpful and very professional. But would love to give a super shout out to the manager Carma ( please forgive me if I spelled it wrong). But I can see why her staff is great. They have an amazing leader. Thank you! God bless

I’ll give this bank no stars if I could. How Yall a bank but don’t got no money? The MAX I can withdraw is $1,000 of my own money. Than they move sooooo slow. I hate this bank location. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My service was 100% grand, I needed one more paper to complete my transaction on my business account. I needed one thing to complete the transaction. If I could give this branch no stars I would . I deposited money into one of their ATMS 01/20/2021 . The machine took the money , and then cancelled the transaction. It gave me my card back but took the money I deposited . A worker inside the branch by the name of Hazel told me this happens often, and that she would never deposit any money in the ATM for that reason. She also noted that I had no reason to be upset . Hazel claimed “they would balance the ATMS either Tuesday or Thursday and deposit what was over into my account in 3-4 business days” . It has been 7 days and I still have not heard anything regarding my deposit . After calling the 1-800 Regions number they inform me that it should not take this long. I also asked for a branch manager to give me a call , and never received a call. I call the branch multiple times and no one picks up. I went in 01/27/21 only to be told well there is nothing we can do but continue waiting . However, I guess this is what happens when the bank is in a predominantly black neighborhood . Our money is not a priority. I am so disappointed and upset at this situation . If you do not bank with Regions , keep it that way.

Honestly, this place is a travesty. I’m not even a Regions customer, but I’ve been to this exact location and others with people who are customers and this is by far the worst. I can’t be entirely too harsh because I know for a fact that the tellers and employees are doing the best that they can, but there is no reason that I have been inside of this bank numerous times and each time it takes 45 minutes to an hour to actually be seen by someone, and half the time, the individuals who are supposed to be customer service members are strolling around while there’s a line extending to the entrance I’m not sure if they need to hire more people or what the issue is, but I just wish for better. Once again, this is not an attack on the workers by any means since I know they are trying their hardest.

I have only been to this particular branch a couple of times. The other visits was pleasant enough. Today I get a mean, grumpy older white lady . Very rude.
