I was pleasantly impressed with Donnetta, the on-site manager who was very helpful with my selection. I have not moved in over 18 years, she was able to help me visualize the space needed.
Facility is nice and clean

My experience was really nice it was an easy move out process and when I was scared to go up stairs by myself the young lady (Donetta I think I spelled it right) went with me.

I rented one storage locker, it went smoothly. I needed a second locker and I didn’t get the same experience. Reserved for Thursday move in. Came Friday and could not access the locker. Contacted customer service to get the code to the lock on the locker. It stated my account was past due even though I just reserved it the day before and account shows paid until 6/30/25. I talked to the rudest person. Finally was able to access a filthy locker. Look like someone vomited all over it. Called back and was told that this issue was my problem. They rented me the locker, I was able to get in and as far as they were concerned, their job was done. Could not lock the locker because there was a red lockout metal bar on the locker and not the standard cylinder lock. Was told again, that was my issue not theirs. Left message with the office as they were closed. Will be making a trip to the office to see what in the world is going on.

I booked a storage unit online! Went to the unit but there was a lock on there which I never received the code too, plus it was dirty and had a smell in the hallway!
So I never moved into the unit ! I literally called the next morning to cancel everything because I was no longer interested! This was an inconvenience on their end!! Now they are playing with my refund???? Where is my money
