“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

“A nice gentleman named Josh came to tow me but was unable to because I was on the roof of the parking garage. However he did unlock my car so I could look for my lost keys. Since I was unable to find my keys, he stayed with me, as a am a lady of 87 years and made sure I got across a busy highway to the motel safely. I had made arrangements with my daughter to bring me my extra keys. I hope all of your employees are as thoughtful as this gentleman. I will keep your card and tell my friends to call your business if they are in need of your services if they are in your area.”

“Sky (the guy driving the truck) was the best tow person I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t believe that he pulled over to offer me assistance before I even had a chance to call you guys. He saw that my car broke down in a really bad spot on route 3 and made sure that I was going to be able to get out of that situation. Legitimately, his assistance restored my faith in humanity yesterday. I can’t say enough how much that means to me! With out a doubt, I will be using this company from now on.”
“I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The car also came with a warranty which gave me peace of mind when purchasing. Overall a very friendly and accommodating experience, and I would definitely call this shop trustworthy!”

“STS staff members and services are beyond remarkable. Not only do they repair vehicles, but they repair hearts, too. Many times I've seen STS open [their] hearts to provide peace of mind to make life a little easier for their customers, by doing an extra task without charging for it and allowing a vehicle to remain parked on the lot longer than usual. I can also attest to STS assisting a family dealing with a crisis. My personal experience was when I was offered a ride home until my car was repaired. Drew has always been honest when addressing the problems with my vehicle, and has never over charged me. The entire team has very good work ethics and great time management skills. The counter- clerks are outstanding; I appreciate their smiles, laughter, and putting up with frivolous behavior. I love them all!
