They offered advice on how to handle things since this was the first accident we have ever had. They gave us much needed relief in a very stressful time!Sadly our car was totalled so we can't comment on the quality of work. Given the quality of the office staff we have no doubt the shop staff are just as good.”

“Was subjected to a golf-ball sized hail storm during July 2023. Submitted photos to AllState - that's the only way to do it and the resulting estimate was very inaccurate. Charlie's was one of a few body shops that said that they would work with AllState. When dropping off the car, we pointed out some of the inaccuracies in the AllState estimate. Charlie's worked with AllState to generate a supplement claim with all of the problems with the inaccurate estimate. The original estimate (which included replacing the hood and windshield) was on the order of $5500; the final bill was on the order of $11500. The spouse ❤️ the car as returned. I wish we could give 6 ?. We've brought the second hail-damaged car to Charlie's.”

“Our son was driving alone from Georgia to Wyoming for his summer job when his truck began giving him problems in St. Louis. He located St. Louis Auto & Truck Repair from an online search, saw that they had great reviews and arrived when they opened at 7am hoping that they might be able to help him get back on the road. “My 21 year old daughter had just left us from Texas, flew into St. Louis, got to The Parking Spot and found she was stranded with a flat tire and the lug nut covers were stripped. After a failed attempt to get the covers off, Mike loaded my daughters car and her into his truck and took her to the only tire service facility that we could find. We were trying to help from 14 hours away and felt helpless. In this day and age, you don’t know who is trustworthy! When he arrived at the tire place, he refused to leave my daughter there by herself because it was sketchy! He took her to a safe place, removed her tire himself and sent her on her 2 hour trip home!
