“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time. Updated: The did compensate me for everything. I went back a 3rd time and they fixed everything to earn a revised 5-stars.”

“Epic is my new best friend. Bought a used vehicle that turned out to be in bad shape. At first it was emergency repairs, now they are doing needed planned repairs to get it more roadworthy. They have done excellent work. They get the work done quickly. Their prices are fair and competitive. I can't say I ever trusted car repair shops but because they are upfront and explain things I have learned I can trust them. Thank you Epic Automotive.”

“Very easy to work with, nice , professional, down to earth, Dawn kept me informed of what was happening with my car. It even looked like they cleaned it a bit. I recommend the Cahokia Carstar. Insurance paid, so I have no clue if they are over priced or not.my car was in a accident, so multiple things needed repaired”

“Found the listing on Facebook Marketplace and came in. I usually like to buy used cars peer to peer rather than at a dealership, but this was an exceptional deal. Service was great, people were friendly and I bought a great car at a great price! They let me test drive the car, get an inspection, and ask plenty of questions. Paperwork was easy and the title came in a couple of days. Would 100% recommend. Siver and company treated me very well.”

“This is not the first time I have had car repair(s) completed by Rowland Collision. Their level of service, ethics and professionalism has been above and beyond our expectations. From major repair (a few years ago) due to an impaired driver hitting our parked car - and more recently, to minor dings and dents, to replacing window motor - we have been more than satisfied with Rowland's excellent service.”

“Start to finish the process was efficient and fillled with interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We used the location off Baur Blvd and my main contact was Eric. The work was done on the rear bumper of our BMW X7 which was rear-ended. I am extremely particular about my cars and their condition. As an easy example, I hand wash them. The refinished bumper looks as it should - brand new. Vehicle was ready when promised. Updates were provided via my preferred channel (text) and the team was highly responsive when I texted a question. Highly recommend.”

“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. And BOY was I correct! You can judge this book by its cover!!! Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care. Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”

“Dan and the crew EBG auto body work great to work with. Very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. The work was very high-quality and they hit targeted dates of completion. One thing that blew me away, is that the car that we had worked on was not the cleanest on the inside when EBG received it and I was fully prepared to spend time cleaning out the inside or having car detailed. The staff went out of their way to vacuum and clean the inside of the car for no additional charge which was above and beyond expectations. Full recommend of this body shop.”

“Sky (the guy driving the truck) was the best tow person I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t believe that he pulled over to offer me assistance before I even had a chance to call you guys. He saw that my car broke down in a really bad spot on route 3 and made sure that I was going to be able to get out of that situation. Legitimately, his assistance restored my faith in humanity yesterday. I can’t say enough how much that means to me! With out a doubt, I will be using this company from now on.”

“I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The car also came with a warranty which gave me peace of mind when purchasing. Overall a very friendly and accommodating experience, and I would definitely call this shop trustworthy!”

“This review is AT least a smooth 5 years old; as that is when I initially meant to leave it because that's when I used this awesome company. :-) Long story short: Their name is a small testament to the customer service, care and kindness I was able to receive from them when my car at the time, died, after getting my covid vaccine. I'd recommend this place over and over.”
