“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. Very nice people and fast service. They had replaced the transmission on my sons 2000 Acura TL a couple years ago and did a great job on that too.”

So he made a suggestion for a discount and I was willing to work with him because of his efforts to give me a discount and I got 2 much needed tires. I’m very happy with the service and as well as wait time. In my opinion the world needs more Mr Kirk Muehlebach customer service reps instead of rude hurried service and unnecessary pressure to getting products we don’t need or it can wait temporarily.
