Drive thru today completely SUCKS. I sat in line for 4-5 minutes. It was 1:25 when I pulled up to the window and the lady just put the sign up didn't say anything. 1:30 DOES NOT MEAN CLOSE THE WINDOW 5 MINS B4, YOUR LUCH BREAK

The store inside and outside is a filthy mess. There are aldi carts at the front entrance door. The lot is trashy and as I walked into the store, I was totally appalled.
The floor was filthy and shelves had so much dust, I was able to write my name twice. It was 1/4 inch deep.
I asked for the manager to point out these flaws and appeared was a deshelved looking guy (Jason).
He began making excuses saying he just got there and he's working 12 hours days. He continued saying no one around here wanted to work and where he first got there a mattress was on the parking lot.
My point was or is, if Walgreens charge the same rates at each store then why is it that the store has to go unkept.
He told me that Walgreens is closing stores and that he hopes that store is one of them
He proceeded to wish me to take a good day.

Inconvenient., this location comes up as a cashapp paper money load center but when you get in there, they will come up with whatever excuse comes to their mind to avoid loading your card.Todays excuse from cherish was “our system JUST went down & it takes 35-40 minutes to come back up “ I wonder when if corporate knows about this system failing and the extended time frame to get it back working? No signage. No structure. No order. No real managers on duty to confirm the system went down or how long it takes to come back up. Remove your location from cashapp if you don’t want to serve the ppl in the area.

Yesterday I went through the drive-through. The tech was very rude. See if she did find the medication that I was talking about but when I called Walgreens or Lindell they were able to find the medication is to switch it over to them. They never have my prescription ready on time

I decided to go to the closest Walgreens to my home and was totally disappointed. The cooler was not stocked, so I asked when they restock the cooler and couldn't receive a definitive answer because no one seemed to care.

I have moved my business to seymour walgreens because the pharmacy never has my medicine and the order time is after you run out of medication. I have moved my business to seymour walgreens. North vernon walgreens is closed most of the weekend.

Overall I’ve never had any issues with Walgreens. I recently had a cold and stopped in to grab some items. I wasn’t too sure what I should get for my symptoms so I decided to stop by the Pharmacy and ask the staff. Well.. I wish I never did that. She was extremely rude!!! Her name was Andrea or Andreya, I can’t remember but I’m sure it was either. She was talking about another employee prior to me walking up. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting patiently for her to finish her unprofessional inappropriate conversation until I got tired of waiting and said excuse me. She rolled her eyes and looked at me and said give me a minute. I said okay and then she continue to talk about the employee. I got tired and told her that I was just trying to get some advice and then she told me “well you need to get a life coach”. I can’t believe that this is the kind of employees Walgreens is hiring. I told her that I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to get advice on medication and maybe she should pick a field where she gets paid to gossip. I will never do business here again. Andrea should be fired for her unprofessionalism.

The pharmacy is the worst. The staff have poor communication skills and bad attitudes. They never answer the phone. The don't get customers or ask if customers need help.

They lost a very important package of mine at the fedex drop off center when I finally noticed that it was Lost lost 2 weeks later I went backup there and no one knew what happened to it no results or anything happened from that I had to retrieve all of my important documents on my own which took me months.
