I would not suggest going with this place. They claimed to fix my problems, but did nothing to help but an overcharged bandaid that lasted 3 days, they claim the fee was to diagnose the problem. But clearly they didn’t because when I told them about it their response was “ it is likely there are other things causing more issues.” Which does not sound like they solved or diagnosed anything at all. The service was nice, but the repair was affectless. It didn’t even make it one full day before it started having the problems again. I would suggest calling around to other shops before you go with 360 Auto.

i’m starting to finish, our experience was first class! They communicated the entire way. They even provided a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being repaired!! The price was very fair for all the work they did for us. I highly recommend Shane and his crew for any of your automotive repair needs. (transfer case and rear main seal replacement)

This place is truly the unicorn of auto mechanics. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. Everybody I spoke with was super friendly in a sincere way. They contacted me to let me know that one of the problems with my car should be covered under the mfr warranty and so I should take it to the dealer to get it fixed for free. Then they waived the diagnostic fee that I had already agreed to pay! That just happened today. Also, when the work is done they text you a link that takes you to a page with an itemized invoice. You are able to pay the bill right there on the website. Then, they place your keys in a lock box so you can grab your car after work or whatever. Incredibly convenient. I will never go anywhere else.

Amanda is AWESOME! this woman will go above an beyond for you, come got us off road, order parts, an got us to motel, an came back with some belongings that was in car.. can't beat tha service call price nor tha hospitality an her smiley personality🥰. Definately would give 10 stars but it only gave me 5 to chose from

A noise started in, what I believed to be, the rear end of my Journey a couple of months ago. Over the following months it progressed to an intense howling noise in the right front end. It got so bad I feared for the safety of transporting my grandchildren and losing the dependability of my car for work. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I have serious trust issues with mechanics overcharging, doing repairs that are unnecessary and, I feel, taking advantage of women because they think we don't know better. I found 360 Auto at the top of a list when I researched trusted mechanics who operate with integrity. They also handled the inspection on my car when I needed to get my tags renewed, so I had a bit of previous experience with them. They are professional, they explained the problems before they did any work and they didn't make me feel like my car was going to break down if I didn't follow their recommendations. They also truly listened to what I had to say, as you can see that can be a bit much lol. As it turns out the front wheel bearings on both sides of the front end we're bad and after the repair it's nice and quiet and I am no longer fearful while I'm driving my car. I highly recommend 360 Auto group they do operate with integrity and I appreciate that more than anything. The entire process, unbelievably, only took a few hours and I was able to sit and visit with the kind Auto advisor at the front desk. In a world of uncertainty, bad business practices and unfairness I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for earning my trust.

Incredible customer services and quality communication from the entire 360 Auto Service team.
Last week I was traveling for work in Joplin and my check engine light started beeping and blinking and I had an all day event to attend.
Chris and other team members immediately stepped in and communicated all the necessary steps to get my van fixed and ready in one day for my 4.5 hour drive home on the same day.
As someone who knows little to nothing about the mechanic or details of how my car runs. I was so grateful for honest communication, thorough diagnostics, and quality service to get my van in shape with no problem.
Could not recommend this place enough!

There Inspection person is a lie. I've been working on cars for 15+ years. They tried to say my wife's tie rod was bad and after I showed up and ended up proving them wrong he changed it to the inner tie rod. When he shook it side to side he was turning the entire steering rack and was making both wheels move but once I did it there was absolutely zero play or noise coming from any of the suspension. DO NOT take ur cars there for anything. They are liars and cheats and there the type of business that gives mechanics a bad name.

360° Auto Service was excellent to me and has earned my business in the future!
Took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership to have a series of issues fixed under my extended warranty contract. They performed that job and called me to come pick it up on a Friday 3 weeks later. When I got there my Jeep would not start. Mind you it started the day I dropped it off with them. They had to jump start my Jeep in order for me to be able to leave their parking lot. They should have never let me leave under those circumstances. I got home and my Jeep would not start again.
I decided not to take it back to the dealership and instead had it towed to 360° Auto Service that same Friday. I was very happy with the line of communication available as they were in contact with me at least 3 times a day to provide updates and work out the next steps. They handled the warranty company for me also. It was a simple process to apply for financial assistance through the link they provided. And last but not least, they provide a coast-to-coast warranty for all repairs they do with shops all around the country who honor that warranty.
360° Auto Service will be my first stop for all future repairs needed.
