Rented over the phone, paid fee, never signed a contract, decided not to use, two days later tried to cancel storage unit and obtain refund, been given excuse owner has to refund, no phone call, no refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am sick and have tried to keep open communication with them. I set up payment time date etc and they now will not allow me to get anything out of it. It really does not set well considering. WILL NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. What you put out comes back to you. 11 thumbs down.
