5-Star Moving is an absolute fantastic company!! We hired them to move a heavy piano from Joplin, MO to Neosho, MO. There were two men who did the job. They had two steps to lift the heavy piano up over - they did so without any problems! They arrived on time at the location in Joplin, MO and had the piano in our house in Neosho, MO within a little over one hour. Their price to do the job was excellent for our budget. We will use them again when the need arises!! Great personnel to work with!!

The 4 movers that moved our furniture and household goods were courteous and very quick. They asked a lot of questions to make sure things were placed where I wanted. I would definitely use them again.

This was a great blessing and experience! Not only were all of the gentleman friendly and nice but cautious, careful and courteous with my family and things. Taking extra care and attention with my things and doors going in and out. Taking extra time to help put the beds in the right rooms and asking where I would like the heavier things that I am unable to move myself. It was extremely hot today and I was completely moved out of one house and into the other within 2 hours. Thank you 5 star you did a great job.

5 Star recently moved a piano to my home, and Derek, Tyler, and Damian did a great job. They kept us informed of estimated arrival times and delivered the piano without a scratch. They had all of the right equipment to move it. I'm glad I used them instead of attempting it myself. They have also handled a residential move for us previously, and they are my go-to for anything that needs moved. I highly recommend them.
