This office in Joplin has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.there is no one in office,the door is locked,no sign when returning.Brian ruby the agent is never in office,never returned calls.they need to shut down the office completely.

I want to SPEAK to someone at AAA in billing. Every number I call says call during business hours THESE ARE BUSINESS HOURS. They ARE DOUBLE CHARGING US, AND I WANT IT STOPPED OR I'LL CANCEL.

I had the misfortune of having a mechanical issue in Joplin on the Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. I was 200 miles from home so was in a bit of a bind. After the long wait time that AAA seems to always have, I was told there no approved merchants that were open on Saturday. They did offer to find me a tow truck but it was going to be an hour. In the meantime, I had found a shop on my own that was open until noon which I could make since the tow truck was supposed to arrive at 10:30. Of course, the next call was that the truck was not available at 10:30 but the new one would be there at 12:30. Maybe. That of course would be too late to get to the shop. To may a long story short, I found my own shop, got my own tow truck and was back on the road by 12:30. No thanks at all to AAA. Not sure why I pay for this service but maybe this is just how AAA Missouri works.

I cannot give my options right now. I am waiting for AAA to get my claim complete, after their driver plowed into my car, driving too fast, hit my car. It is total.

My sister and I realized we had a flat and we call AAA. We waited on the line for awhile and a lady answered. I was trying to explain what had happen and she hung up on me. I find that disrespectful.
