I'd like to voice my concerns about the Cockroaches, Unsanitary Conditions, and Unethical Practices occurring at this location. I am a former employee and will no longer be silent.
Corporate should take a hard look at the operations of this store. Nearly every "Pre-Leased" item sold here is either broken, defective, or of extremely poor quality—and management is fully aware of this. This has been the case long before, and now after the flood in their store, so this is not a valid excuse.
Additionally, customers should be warned about a serious COCKROACH INFESTATION. Any furniture or appliances purchased from this location, new or used, are highly likely to introduce roaches into their homes.
Also customers should be aware of *used* furniture and appliances being sold and financed as *new*

They wouldn't service their product when ask to. They block my wife into our driveway wouldn't let her leave to an appointment just walk into our house with out permission. They refused to let me make a payment when I got pay. I wouldn't use them again. They have very very poor customers service. I bought a portable dishwasher pay it off it didn't last a year if having it.

I got a tv and it was an off brand and I never heard of it and it was the worst tv...Within the first 30 mins the sound would mumble...then after about hours of watching the TV would just shut off ..there was no sleeper timer on it. I've asked him several times to come get it I've scheduled several times for them to pick it up one day they just forgot one day they told me to be there between 2:00 and 6:00 they never showed up they call at 6:30 I'm not home we reschedule for today between 9:00 and 2:00

Very pushy and lies about things that you cannot order that online it’s cheaper if you order stuff online and get it delivered and you do not have to have a credit card on file they just prefer it. She hung up on me when I told her I didn’t wanna do it Very rude.

So what's good customer service called? Usually it's a hi how are you doing how can I help you or what are you looking for today? I got none of those today. I think I stood infront of the TVs for a good 15 mins hoping for someone to get their butt and come over and introduce themselves, but I guess that doesn't happen anymore. I don't know if Aarons has went thru new management but the last time I got a laptop there I was delt with, with way better customer service. To me that just thru me off so I left.

I am blessed to do business with these people! The front ladies are so nice, as well has the general manager who is so kind. Make your payments on time, communicate and be honest of your situations and they will work with you. My washer and dryer is brand new and top quality. Store is clean and friendly!! Payments were cheaper/better than other places I looked at around town.

I would give no stars if I could I bought a king size bed suit and mattresses with box springs. When they came to deliver my mattresses and box springs were missing then the bed suit I ordered was not the style I payed for and on top of things to make it worse is that the next day I noticed BEDBUGS were coming out of my mattresses!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTED OR BUYING AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! They out to be shut downnn !!!!

Ask if they could deliver my ps5 cause I didn’t have time to come and get it. The lady in the phone said “it’s just a ps5, what you don’t have a car.?” And then when I went to pick up my PlayStation she talked to me like I was an idiot. Don’t rent here.!!! Horrible costumer service and the lady in the glasses need to be let go.

Will never recommend this location to anyone. My grandma called to let them know that there is a hairline crack at the top of our washing machine and was asked "what the hell we did to the washer to make it crack". And was told that the washer is ours now and weve made 22 payments on it already so there was nothing that they would even consider doing about the washer being cracked, that it was super sketchy of my grandma to even call, even though we didnt even ask for any reimbursement or anything on it. We were just simply letting her know about the issue. The lady cashier in there named Heather is completely rude and needs to be written up or fired for being so disrespect to an older woman. I've looked at the reviews and this woman has had so many complaints about her. If we didn't only have 3 payments left on our rentals we would definitely be switching to Rent a Center or Buddy's here in Joplin.
