The lady that works the front desk at this shop is very rude and incompetent. My husband went to drop off our vehicle and she sighed while taking his keys like her job is so hard. She then had the gall to tell us that the squeaking noise was a warped rotor but it would be fine to drive on, when we asked which side the warped rotor was on she said “idk.” I don’t even want to pay them the 50 for looking at my car because they couldn’t actually tell me what was wrong and the service from this lady was unacceptable.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
