“I recently moved into this complex and the whole process was quick and easy. Our leasing agent Hailey was friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or concerns! The property itself is clean and quiet, and great staff that keeps everything well maintained. We did have a couple of maintenance issues come up right after moving in, but they were resolved within 24 hours which was fantastic! It's reassuring to know that when something does need attention, it gets taken care of fast. If you're looking for a clean, well run place with responsive staff, I'd definitely recommend it. :)”

“Great space with excellent staff!!! They are so kind and we were so lucky to find a place open. Great place if you are in between leases. The complex is very open and feels secure, looks very homey. Not necessarily grimey or dingy like some Extended Stay-like settings can feel. The staff really helped us out when we needed a little extra time after the office closing time to start putting things away. I think it’s small actions like this that show how above and beyond the staff are willing to go. The units are well kept. As of this review (7/15/26) 1-bed furnished was $1295 and studio furnished was $895. All utilities included. Coin laundry on-site. $25 extra monthly for a 6-month lease, $50 extra monthly for a month-to-month lease. If you’re not moving on the 1st, rent will be prorated of course. Approval process was ran within minutes which was nice and efficient, especially if you are needing something same day. Furnished units really do have everything you could need. We went in-person to view units and fill-out an application, I’d say it felt more efficient than trying to call first Very happy to have a place like this in Joplin!!! And again the staff make this place above and beyond. There is a reason there are minimal vacancies!!”

“Lisa did a wonderful job doing my tour today. She made sure all my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. This place is wonderful for everyone in general but especially new student to the area. This apartment was more affordable for me but did not skimp on the amenities. They understand not everyone’s situation is cookie cutter and being a private owned apartment they are more flexible with terms. Lastly, this is a quiet apartment so if you plan to party this is not your place. Just wanted to post this review for people in my situation and not really knowing where to live in the area as I’m not from here. I would recommend!!”

“I'm a restaurant delivery Driver and this is my absolute favorite place to deliver to! It's clean and easy to navigate and the folks who live there are just so kind! One resident (i wont say her name, but she was a little old lady. Her words not mine!) that my teenage daughter and I delivered an IHOP order to made my daughter's night by giving her a pack of playing cards and showing her how to shuffle a deck "really really fast". ? She's been off her phone more often since then, perfecting her shufflin' skills! This momma is grateful for that!”
