Furniture was nice I like the store and people at store but they sold us a terrible insurance policy and when I went for refund the communication dragged on and on with no refund as promised, months have gone by. The No credit for insurance as promised and no follow up just drives you crazy. And when I mean terrible furniture insurance I mean it. Had a tear they wouldn’t fix, had a stain on couch they took 2 months to show up and made me take off work to clean it, didn’t clean it, said they needed more supplies, then said couch look soiled and they would no clean it, despite just saying in person and they just needed supplies. Had I not been sold on insurance and had to deal with corporate Ashley and the insurance, would have been solid 4 star.

We purchased a couch and love seat. We'll start at the beginning. We took delivery of the love seat 3 weeks late then the couch came 2 weeks after that.We've had structural issues with both. They said they would replace both. We got the replacement for the love seat but the couch never came. I then called about the couch, they said there was never an order and it was "out of warranty". They referred me to the 3rd party repair company who replied saying they couldn't replace or repair anything structural.We are now stuck with a VERY uncomfortable couch and a love seat that is a different shade.This company is the biggest scam out there! This is the short story, not including the HORRIBLE communication and terrible words said to me by the management, the runaround I was given and the poor corporate customer service as well as local. If you're considering buying an ASHLEY product, please save yourself the problems and go with another company!! -10 out of 10 stars! A BBB complaint was filed and the company NEVER responded!If you would like to throw your money away, you'd be better off burning it than giving it to ASHLEY!Let me go farther to say, Ashley, you can look up my order number and I'm not spending another millisecond on the phone with your HORRID customer service! Your product is TERRIBLE and the local (Joplin) sales and customer service is not any better! As a consumer, we deserve better for the prices we're paying!

They will harass you & blow up your phone everyday I make a payment every month & if I’m a little late on the date they’ll call me & my family over & over again but won’t tell anyone whose calling when leaving a voicemail.. it’s seems illegal to harass people

Our beds were supposed to be delivered the 22nd of Dec. Today. And I never got notified of a change of delivery now we don't get them until the 29th.

Furniture is what we expected and the entire team is great to work with except for our 1st delivery person, the short guy with the ponytail is pretty violent, and from what I was told, this is a constant issue with him. I recommend asking who will be delivering! Everyone else was amazing!!
