Refused to upgrade my watch line bc I did not want to add a new line of service or get device protection. They tried telling me there have been changes that won’t let them upgrade watch lines even though it allows you on my AT&T. I asked them to call and get help then and they refused to do so.

De Anna was very helpful.
But the other guy Carlton didn’t have a clue what he was doing and very absentminded. I don’t know if he is new or what. I try to get my account moved to a business account. And the process has been hell.

I do not recommend. We went in to upgrade 2 lines and added another. The person who helped was not upfront with information. They added $170 of charges to the next month’s bill without communication or authorization. I will call AT&T customer service before returning to this store.

Went in to buy a watch 7:45 there supposedly open until 8:00 has doors locked, opens doors let me in but couldn’t sell a watch because they already shut down there computer system

I just wanted to reach out and let everybody know this location is very professional. I was having one heck of a time getting back control of my own account. A super awesome lady named Brittany was able to help me out. 10 out of 10 Stars. Highly recommended.

I stopped in to exchange my iPhone and was told by two associates and THE MANAGER that they could not accept my phone as they were unable to return it to the factory settings / wipe it clean and I should take it to Best Buy for their help. With a Google search I was able to clear the phone myself and return it to the same AT&T store two days later.

Excellent! We stopped by with a question, and left with a new plan for both of us! Brian did a great job of walking us through and helping us choose the best options to meet our needs. Don't even consider another carrier, because they all just WISH they were this good!

Terrible service provider! My son got some money for his birthday bought a used phone on marketplace, I told him I’d get it up and running for Christmas. And I did, went In store and had them set it all up. After a few days they disabled the phone and said it was blacklisted and was not paid off. They wouldn’t even refund my money or sell me a cheap phone and claimed it was not their fault. Well it certainly wasn’t mine! So now I’m out the money and service I paid for and my son is out the phone and his birthday money! Terrible company I won’t ever consider using them again. I’m a single mother and I feel they did us wrong. My kids 12 and autistic! Hope this review helps others before they are screwed over too!

HORRIBLE
We had them merge two accounts together and add internet. They did that but when they merged the accounts instead of keeping it unlimited data they somehow changed it to charge after 1 gigabyte on each phone so of course that’s a lot of extra charge we didn’t know this until we logged in to pay the phone bill and saw an outrageous phone bill of over $1200 we called they apologized and said we wouldn’t have to pay that, so fast forward to today our phones stopped working. So we went into the store and our phone bill is now over $2,000 and they said they suspended the line “because of the amount due” that we were told we did not need to pay because they fixed it. Well it’s clearly not fixed and now we don’t have working phones. For this being their mess up we are the ones who have to deal with their screw up, and for them to still not have resolved the problem. Save the trouble and go somewhere else.

I traded in my old IPhone SE the day before yesterday and had a nice employee help me and my grandma pick a new phone! Jake showed us the specs and plans for a few different ones and we ended up picking a plan for an IPhone 16 plus. He also helped us lower our phone bill as well! Very professional.

Ordered new phones, they arrived at my house, went back in store to complete the activation and data transfers. Was told they could not complete it after a hour of waiting, so I was sent to a different location to complete the process. Stay away from this location

I have been with this AT&T on Rangeline Rd. for almost ten years now. I came in today because if my Samsung Galaxy 24 FE watch wasn't keeping any charge. Mind you, my husband just passed away 16 days ago. I took what Jake said a bit wrong and reacted. I did apologize. But he kept on. So I will make it a point to let everyone know what has been done & I am going to another cell provider. You have lost my business.
